I started this book a long time ago. I was deployed and working through the process of understanding myself and the nature that surrounds anyone who serves beside operators. I was not one of them, but I lived in their orbit and saw the weight they carried. I wanted to share those stories with a level of passion that would pull you straight into the world I knew.
